You can still submit a poster to VRIPhys 07.

Posters Submission

Submissions are invited for posters in areas related to the conference themes. The VRIPhyS Posters program will be a forum for authors to present their work in an informal and interactive setting. Posters are ideal for presenting speculative, late-breaking results or for giving an introduction to interesting, innovative work and are intended to provide authors and participants with the ability to connect with each other and to engage in discussions about the work. Posters that present Work In Progress and draw important conclusions from practical experience are especially welcome.

Poster Submission Details

A 1 page synopsis of what will appear in your poster should be sent by email, in PDF format, to dinglijl@tcd.ie by the posters deadline of 10th October, 2007.

You do not have to submit your final poster for review. For the final poster, you are free to use any formatting for your final poster but it should be no larger than A0 size (841mm x 1189mm).

The one page summary will appear in a spearate poster proceedings booklet at the workshop. There will be a prize of €100 for the best student poster sponsored by Science Foundation Ireland.
